Information used

If you choose to request a reminder, we process your email address, insurance category, duration, confirmation and consent timestamps, and delivery status. We do not ask for your passport, medical history or payment details.

Purpose and consent

We use these details only to verify your request and send one reminder about your estimate, three days after you confirm your email. You may withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link. We do not interpret this request as consent to advertising newsletters.

Recipients and retention

Our service providers for database hosting and email delivery process the necessary information on our behalf. Pending requests expire after 48 hours. Delivery and consent records are retained only for a limited operational and compliance period, subject to our retention settings and applicable law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in the email, or request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@slaviahealthcare.cz. The reminder is optional and does not affect your insurance application.
